Our Story
She's Got Game (SGG) is a positive "third space" for girls ages 8-12 to move, make friends, and grow confidence. Every session blends multi-sport games with a quick life-skills huddle - think teamwork, growth mindset, navigating friendships, and healthy habits - led by our screened and trained teenage Big Sis mentors.
Founded by a former professional athlete, teacher, and local mum Nicole Justice, She's Got Game is built for the messy middle years: inclusive, uplifting, and genuinely fun. No experience required - just runners and a willingness to try.
Confidenece. Community. Connection.

What We Do, Safety & Qualifications
Each week, girls take part in multi-sport games and life-skills activities designed to strengthen both body and mind. Our unique model brings together mentors — local teenage leaders and athletes — who guide and encourage the girls, creating a big-sister connection that helps them feel seen, valued, and motivated.
Parents can feel confident knowing She’s Got Game is fully registered and insured. All coaches and mentors hold valid Working With Children Checks (WWCC), and the founder is a VIT-registered teacher with experience both in classrooms and in professional sport. Child safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
